He bought fruit from friends to keep producing. This bottle is 100% Trepat from Mariona Vendrell and Albert Canela of Succés Vinícola, sourced from their Borrells vineyard in Barberà de la Conca (Conca de Barberà). The 13-year-old vines grow on red sandy clay soils at 400 metres. Whole-cluster ferment with wild yeasts in fibreglass with 7 to 8 days of gentle skin maceration, then rests in stainless steel for a few months.
