The rest of the SOS range are Negoce from friends like Cosmic Vintyers and Laureano Serres.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eProduction details of SOS Cuvee Total:\u003c\/strong\u003e SOS Cuvee Total is made by Oriol Artigas in Alella, just north of Barcelona, Catalonia. After mildew wiped out 90% of his 2020 crop, this is the one wine Oriol managed to save from his own vines. It blends 75% Pansa Blanca with 15% Garnatxa Negra and 10% other varieties on granite soils. Most of the grapes are destemmed (around 15% of the Garnatxa stays whole cluster) and ferment in stainless steel with 2 days of gentle skin maceration.
