This red wine is made with \u003ca href=\"\/en-pl\/collections\/gamay\"\u003eGamay\u003c\/a\u003e grapes (actually more specifically Gamay d'Auvergne), which unlike most of the Bouju range is taken from their own domain fruit. These are old vines, 80 year olds grown on basalt soil. Vinified with semi-carbonique maceration in amphora and aged in oak barrel.\u003c\/p\u003e Tastewise, this awesome red features excellent minerality that is very prominent from the volcanic soils it is grown on, alongside black cherry hits and some delightful spice.
