Established in 2018, his domaine is a patchwork of 12 tiny parcels totalling 4 hectares. The blend is Grenache and Syrah from 50-year-old vines on schist soils. Long 90-day maceration without extraction. Alexandre practices no-till farming with a lunar-calendar approach.
