This is the only vineyard in our line that we work with outside of Mendocino, so it's very special to us.  \u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan style=\"\" color:\u003eWe foot crush the whole clusters, leave them on the skins for a day before pressing into neutral barrels for fermentation.
