This sparkling Cremant wine is made with a blend of \u003cspan\u003e55% Chardonnay, 35% Pinot Noir, 5% Poulsard, and 5% Trousseau.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe reason it is special is because it is refermented in the most natural way possible, rather than using yeasts from elsewhere to restart the fermentation to cause bubbles, it is created with their own product and thus their own native yeasts, which is a partially fermenting grape juice from the next vintage.
