This red wine is made with \u003ca href=\"\/en-pl\/collections\/pinot-noir\"\u003ePinot Noir\u003c\/a\u003e grapes grown in Pupillin, up the road from Arbois. The grapes are pressed and undergo fermentation in Inox tanks, and then are aged in old neutral Foudre barrels\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003eThis wine has a very sexy nose, almost southern french in style and Pinot Noir would not be a first guess smelling blind, there is some more Grenache or Syrah vibes. It’s a warm vintage for sure, and on the palate this wine has some structure that equals the nose, and could be great for aging.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eRich, cassis and black cherry elements with soft leather hints and green bell pepper in the background.
