It was discovered as a standalone vine tree in an old vineyard, presumably the lost variety called \"Okroula\" (translated as \"golden\").\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cmeta charset=\"utf-8\"\u003eA softly structured amber wine with expressive aromas. Expect delicate acidity,\u003cstrong\u003e preserved citrus\u003c\/strong\u003e, \u003cstrong\u003eorchard fruits\u003c\/strong\u003e, clean and crisp \u003cstrong\u003efloral touches\u003c\/strong\u003e. An almost tropical yet \u003cstrong\u003elightly herbal\u003c\/strong\u003e edge provides a complex and interesting finish.  \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cmeta charset=\"utf-8\"\u003e100% skin contact in traditional qvevri, where the wine remains on the skins for 7 months. It then matures for 21 months in stainless steel before being bottled. Only 350 bottles were produced.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eNeedless to say, it is also of course natural wine.
