The palate is textured and structured, with gentle tannins from the extended skin contact balanced by vibrant acidity. The long finish shows hints of \u003cstrong\u003etea\u003c\/strong\u003e, \u003cstrong\u003edried citrus \u003c\/strong\u003eand a delicate touch of oak.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eCreated as a tribute to the resilience and courage of the Ukrainian people, this special cuvée blends three white varieties grown on the southern slopes of the Caucasus: 40% Chinuri, 45% Goruli Mtsvane and 15% Pinot Blanc. The grapes are fermented on 100% of the skins with wild yeasts, without added sulfites and bottled unfiltered.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eIt assembles Chinuri, Goruli Mtsvane, and Pinot Blanc grapes. Chinuri and Pinot Blanc fermented together while Goruli Mtsvane was pre-macerated according to a special technique, and joined the other two in the final stage of fermentation. The wine spent 7 months in kvevri and was taken to a stainless steel tank for the next 15 months.
