Their whole argument is that a drink without alcohol should be its own thing rather than a watered-down copy, and the results turn up on Michelin-starred wine lists around the world.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eBarreled Oak is the bourbon and rum end of the range, made from rhubarb and given a real barrel character. It comes in a 500ml bottle rather than the 750ml the wine alternatives use.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eWe have not yet tried it, but we hear it is smoky and warming, with marzipan, chocolate rye, dried fruit and warm spice over a clear oak backbone.
