Their whole argument is that a drink without alcohol should be its own thing rather than a watered-down copy, and the results turn up on Michelin-starred wine lists around the world.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eBlonde Crisp is their answer to Riesling, built from rhubarb and grape, and deliberately kept dry rather than sweet, with the acidity doing the work.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eWe have not yet tried it, but we hear it is bright, sharp and refreshing, with elderberry, salt, thyme and citrus, plus ginger and a touch of pine.
