This light 10.5% red\/white blend wine is made with 30% \u003ca href=\"\/collections\/poulsard\"\u003ePoulsard\u003c\/a\u003e and 70% \u003ca href=\"\/collections\/poulsard\"\u003eSavagnin\u003c\/a\u003e grapes, which is an unusual mix to see from Jura.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cmeta charset=\"utf-8\"\u003e\u003cspan\u003eHere the grapes are grown on 60-year-old vines on light clay-limestone soils. The grapes are hand-harvested in small baskets, followed by 7 days of maceration and around 10 months of ageing in stainless steel. No added sulphur.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan\u003eWe have not yet tried this wine but expect it to be a little wild, a little fun and with some bright acidity.
