This sparkling wine is made with \u003ca href=\"\/collections\/grenache-blanc\"\u003eGrenache Blanc\u003c\/a\u003e grapes.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003ePinyolet Vinyaters is a small, hands-on project in Terra Alta, working old bush vines alongside younger plantings on clay and limestone. The parcels face east at 120 to 150 metres, the oldest vines are around fifty years in the ground, and all the vineyard work is done by hand.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eOneiro is their pet nat from Grenache Blanc, which like all Pet Nats is bottled before the first fermentation has finished so the bubbles comes from the grape rather than from anything added later. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThis Pet Nat tastes awesome! Its quirky, unusual and interesting. A little vegetal on the finish makes it perky, refreshing and at 10% its lovely sipper! On opening there is some mild reduction which blows off to reveal lovely grapefruit pops with lime, salt, green apple, aniseed and cookies.
