Engel auf Erden Weiss

A very, very slight amount of light skin contact giving this Sauvignon a touch of mild tropical element! Lychee, passionfruit, lemon and a saline minerality drive this fresh white forward. Damn tasty, quite sharp and direct in it’s slightly sour aspects and acidity.
