Cote Rotie by Maison Stephan is a premium Northern Rhône Syrah wine blended with a touch of Viognier, that requires a decant to express itself properly. Whilst 2016, this classic red has it’s best first opening time ahead of it, but with a decant she becomes more friendly on the mouthfeel.

Once she gets some air and the rustic touches mellow out you’ll discover bursts of violets, blackberries, cedar and cigar smoke whispers entwined with light leather touches and cracked black pepper.

Decanting recommended.
