NATURAL WINES BY NATURE'S CALLING
Nature's Calling is a Berlin urban winery run by Louisa Müller, Nicolas Wenz and Sven Grolik, three friends who grew up in German wine country. They buy hand-picked grapes from growers they trust, including Hannes Bergdoll in the Pfalz, and turn them into pet nats and easy natural wines in an old industrial building in Reinickendorf. They also make alcohol-free sparkling ferments on a water kefir base, with quince, verjus and wild herbs, which are some of the most interesting 0% bottles we know. Recently, they even opened their own urban winery IN Berlin of all places and have gone from buying wines from winemakers to actually vinifying the wines themselves there!
