Production details of Thank You Satan: Thank You Satan is 100% Cinsault from Edouard Adam at Domaine Mada in the Languedoc region of France. Tunisian-born Edouard founded the domaine in 2016 after leaving commerce studies in Montpellier when he caught the wine bug at his girlfriend's parents' vineyard. The wine is whole-cluster fermented and aged in barrel. No added sulphur. Edouard farms with a deep respect for the ecosystem, letting wild flora and fauna flourish among the vines.

Tasting Notes: We have not yet tried this vintage of Thank You Satan by Domaine Mada, but we hear it has notes of red cherry, raspberry, dried herbs, light pepper and a soft fresh lift.
