Blanc de Noir 2021 Sekt

Blanc de Noir 2021 Sekt is a natural wine crafted by Vin de Lagamba, in the Rheinhessen region in Germany. This sparkling wine is made with Pinot Noir grapes, made as a white wine so pressed directly without macerating on the skins, often seen in sparkling wine production.

This brand new Sekt from Vin de Lagamba is 100% Pinot Noir from their top vintage. Aged for one year in barrel and then bottled with fresh juice from
the 2022 vintage for the second fermentation. Aged a further 30 months bottle, before it was disgorged in June 2025

Expect a delightful, engaging reduction on the nose when first opened followed by bright green apple bursts, white pepper, pears and cardamom.
