Production details of Weisser Burgunder: Weisser Burgunder is made by Andreas Pfaffmann-Wiedemann and his wife Cathrin at Der Glücksjäger in the Pfalz region of Germany. The wine is 100% Weissburgunder, hand-processed and naturally fermented without additives or fining agents. Sulphur kept at 30-40 mg/l. The Dalmatian on the label is their dog Anouk.

Tasting Notes: We have not yet tried this vintage of Weisser Burgunder by Der Glücksjäger, but we hear it has notes of ripe pear, white peach, almond and a fine creamy texture.
