Giandon Rosso

Il Farneto - Giandon Rosso is a great value, still red wine blend of Marzemino, Malbo Gentile and Lambrusco grapes. 

After macerating with the skins for 4-5 days, the wine is moved to cement and steel tanks for fermentation and aging. The grapes are vinified seperately and blended at the end.

Expect a fruity bouquet of blackberries, spiced plums and raspberries amongst other forest berries. Light tannins with a medium body make it great for Italian food.
