Sant Pere 2023

Sant Pere 2023 is a natural wine crafted by Carlania Cellar, in the Conca de Barbera region in Spain. This white wine is made with 80% Macabeo and 20% Trepat grapes (which is red, but here pressed directly making the end result white)

Winemaker's tasting note: Bright copper yellow color with soft pink reflections. Floral, herbaceous aromas and fresh citrus touches, with a sweet spicy background. In the mouth it is very fine and at the same time structured, fresh and with a fine and round finish. 

Technical information

Macabeu: Finca Sant Pere d'Ambigats of 1.97 hectares and biodynamic cultivation, located at 500 m altitude, clay soil, typical of the area. Vines planted in 2003, trained on trellises, cultivated and worked with minimal intervention. We apply sulfur powder, xerigot, horsetail infusions and holistic preparations 500 and 501. CCPAE certified.
