Götzen Riesling 2023

Götzen Riesling 2023 is a natural wine crafted by Kleines Gut, in the Württemberg region in Germany. This white wine is made with Riesling grapes from the Götzen vineyard, where limestone-rich soils dominate, giving the wine a firm mineral spine. 

The grapes are grown on 60 year old vines, so have less yield but higher quality and intensity. Here, the grapes in the cellar are treated with great respect, resting on the lees in barrels for 2 years elevage to gain extra complexity.
