Beaujolais 2023 by Chateau De Grand Pre is a natural wine made in Beaujolais with Gamay grapes.

Production details of Beaujolais (Chateau de Grand Pré): Beaujolais by Château de Grand Pré is made by Romain and Alex Zordan in Fleurie, Beaujolais. Romain took over his parents' vines in 2012, with the estate certified by ECOCERT since 2009. The Gamay sees a long cool carbonic maceration with whole bunches. Manual harvest, sorting in the vineyard and cellar, minimal sulphur. Total production 30,000 to 40,000 bottles across the range.

Tasting Notes: We have not yet tried this vintage of Beaujolais by Chateau de Grand Pré, but we hear it has notes of red cherry, rose petal, fresh raspberry and a juicy lift.
