KukuYodel 2022 is a natural wine crafted by Antony Tortul La Sorga, in the Languedoc region in France. This white wine is made with Terret Bourret, Sauvignon Blanc, Picpoul and Muscat d’Alexandrie grapes.

Terroir: Clay-limestone soil in Marseillan (Thau Basin), Vin de France.
Grape Varieties: 70% Terret Bourret (10 years old), 12% Sauvignon (25 years), 8% Picpoul (26 years), 10% Muscat of Alexandria (41 years); yield: 50 hl/ha.
Vinification: Direct pressing without settling for the Terret/Picpoul; manual destemming followed by 40 days of maceration in tank for the Muscat and Sauvignon. The wines are then blended and aged on the lees in tank for 6 months.
Winemaker Tasting Notes: The nose reveals white peach, citron, melon, and sweet spices... The palate is refreshingly crisp, extremely mineral, strongly marked by the Terret, with an electric and very iodized finish...
