Production details of Michi's Farm White: Michi's Farm White is Michael Gindl's budget natural wine at MG vom Sol in Hohenruppersdorf, eastern Weinviertel, Austria. The blend brings together Grüner Veltliner, Gelber Muskateller and Riesling. The Gindl family has farmed this polycultural land since 1807. Wild ferment, no added sulphur.

Tasting Notes: We have not yet tried this vintage of Michi's Farm White by MG vom Sol, but we hear it has notes of green apple, ripe pear, light Muscat lift and a fresh Austrian acidity.
