Production details of In a Hell Mood: In a Hell Mood is a Pet Nat made by Stefanie and Georg Renner at Rennersistas in Gols, Burgenland. The wine was dedicated to their father Helmut. 100% St. Laurent. The grapes are not de-stemmed, mature on the lees and bottle-ferment before being disgorged. No added sulphur.

Tasting Notes: We have not yet tried this vintage of In a Hell Mood by Rennersistas, but we hear it has notes of mint, lime, pear, hazelnut and a touch of grapefruit smoke.
