Pin oh Noir

Pin-oh Noir is a natural wine crafted by Rennersistas, in the Burgenland region in Austria. This red wine is made with Pinot Noir grapes.

Production details of Pin-oh Noir: Pin-oh Noir is a Pinot Noir from Rennersistas in Gols, Burgenland. The name plays on the Oberheide vineyard (OH = abbreviation), a small plot planted in 2017 by Stefanie Renner. The wine is 100% whole-bunch fermented with 2 to 5 days on the skins, then ages 6 months on the lees in 225L used oak barrels and clay amphora.

Tasting Notes: We have not yet tried this vintage of Pin-oh Noir by Rennersistas, but we hear it has notes of raspberry, cranberry, fragrant violet and a fine elegant texture.
