Instabile n 5 2018 by Vins Nus is a wine made made in Priorat with general Field Blend grapes, sourced from the vineyards located high in the hills.

Production details of Instabile n 5: Instabile n 5 is part of Alfredo Arribas's Vins Nus series in the Priorat region of Spain. The InStabile range is intentionally non-linear, with wines numbered by production and a changing subtitle each time, resigning to vintage continuity. The fruit for this n 5 is a field blend from the high hills. Spontaneous ferment with mostly whole-bunch grapes, pushing parameters to the edge. No added sulphur.

Tasting Notes: We have not yet tried this vintage of Instabile n 5 by Vins Nus, but we hear it has notes of dried red fruit, herbs, spice and a delicate Priorat acidity-driven structure.
