Perruche 2022

Perruche 2022 is a natural wine crafted by Domaine Bariou-Bodet, in the Loire region in France. This white wine is made with Chenin Blanc grapes, which are aged for 3 years on the lees. This extended elevage gives the wine extra depth, texture and complexity while keeping the tension of Chenin.

Here at 14.5% this is certainly quite a big boy, but it is worth it. Huge pops of baked apple, honey, white pepper and marzipan hints float alongside the creamy and very oppoulant texture
