Domaine Overnoy “Trousseau 2023” is made by a nephew to Pierre Overnoy, Guillaume Overnoy. He currently runs this 5.5-acre domain in the Jura which has been handed to him by his father, Jean-Louis Overnoy. The region this domain farms in is called Beaufort-Orbagna.

The previous vintage was smooth, acidic and fresh, with bursts of blackberry and apples with some herbs and liquorice.
