Eva 2024 is a natural wine crafted by small family winery Dluhe Grefty, in the Moravia region in Czech Republic.
This vibrant orange wine is made with 100% Pinot Gris grapes and the colour is more pinky red, being Pinot Grigio which when macerated is quite a unique colour. The reason for this is that this popular grape actually has a pink skin, rather than red or white! So when you make an orange wine from it... thats the colour!
Expect hints of apricot, toffee, cranberry, clementine, white pepper and a touch of peach sorbet and rose water. Yum!
Excellent finish and flavour! Whilst this vintage has a 14% weight, which despite a little mild tannin, you don't really feel it on the palate
