Expect notes of green apple, lime zest, white peach and a light lift. The 9.5% weight makes it super easy drinking, and whilst this is a Riesling, there is a creamier aspect to it that makes you wonder if a different German grape, like Pinot Blanc or even Silvaner. So, lower acidity but still a quirky profile!
