Salaito 2024 is a natural white wine crafted by Roca Viva, in the Andalusia / Malaga region in Spain. This white wine made with local grape Pedro Ximenez features a soft and slightly shy nose at first, yet a very fresh and crisp mouthfeel, with a mild volatile acidity lifting it with energy and a punk rock attitude.
Alongside the above, expect pops of bruised apple, coriander, melon, lime zest, sea salt and pineapple.
