Production details of Annolium Rouge: Annolium Rouge is made by Camille and Mikaël Hyvert at Domaine des Trouillères in Auvergne. The blend is Pinot Noir and Gamay from volcanic hills. The grapes are sourced from Trois Fontaines and La Petite Côte parcels on the northern slope of Puy de Corent at around 450m. Destemmed, wild ferment in concrete, then aged in stainless steel. Lunar-calendar farming.

Tasting Notes: We have not yet tried this vintage of Annolium Rouge by Domaine Des Trouilleres, but we hear it has notes of smoky cranberry, fresh crushed cherry and a mossy earthy lift.
