Lumpazi 2024 is a natural wine crafted by Projekt Wildtyp, in the Burgenland region in Austria. This orange wine is made with 100% Müller-Thurgau grapes, which are grown on Limestone soil and macerated for 14 days on the skins.
No added Sulphur.
Production details of Lumpazi: Lumpazi is a 100% Müller-Thurgau orange wine from Boris Kovacic at Projekt Wildtyp in St Margarethen, Burgenland, Austria. The grapes grow on limestone soils. The wine macerates on its skins for around two weeks before ageing in stainless steel. No added sulphur.
Tasting Notes: We have not yet tried this vintage of Lumpazi by Projekt Wildtyp, but we hear it has notes of stone fruit, fresh herbs, mineral edge and a salty lift.
