Jus de la Folie 200ml BLANC CAN x 3 is a natural wine in a can (!), crafted by Yves Roy of Novice, in the Poligny in the Jura region in France. This white wine is made with Chardonnay sourced from Beaujolias, but made in Jura and is slightly sparkly. Actually the winemaker refers to it as a Pet Nat which is unusual considering this method is usually in a can. However, it is made in a similar way, by finishing its fermentation in a special tank at a local beer brewery that can work with bubbles in the tank. 

No added sulphites. Comes as a pack of 3, so we can fit into one wine bottle place in your shipping box :)

Tasting wise, this white differs quite a bit from the red and is a bit more off-piste in flavour dimension, with some funk and quirky flavours that for sure make it a conversaton starter. Expect some Volatile kick, followed by notes of white gummi bears, synthetic pineapple, lemon, anise.

Personally, we prefer the sparkling red made with Gamay, which is in the pink can
