Auxerrois Origin 2023 (One Per Order) is a natural wine crafted by Jean Marc Dreyer, in the Alsace region in France. This orange wine is made with Auxerrois grapes, which are macerated for around 20 days on the skins.

Hard to find, aged holistically and will age beautifully too. No additions, as with all Jean-Marc Dreyer wines.
