Sassy 2024 is a natural wine crafted by Katla Wines, in the Rheinhessen region in Germany. This white wine is made with 33% Pinot Blanc, 33% Kerner and 33% Grüner Veltliner grapes, now made as a still wine. The grapes are sourced from Jas Swan's friends Lukas Krauss, Piri Naturel and Niklas Rückrich.

Jas Swan of Katla Wines states that "New Sassy was previously a Pet Nat and is now a still wine in clear glass. Lightly macerated. Little reductive atm (1/5/25), can be decanted or shake bottle. Light easy fun. Low tannins but structured, citrus fruits, notes of reduction, tastes of citrus, honey melon, mint. Can be paired with summer vibes, white fish (cod, haddock etc), crisps, salads, lighter style cheeses. Drink chilled."
