Concrete 2022

Concrete 2022 is a natural wine crafted by Michaela Riedmüller , in the Carnuntum region in Austria. This white wine is made with Chardonnay grapes.

Production details of Concrete: Concrete is a Chardonnay made by Michaela Riedmüller in the Carnuntum region of Austria. Michaela took over her parents' business at 19 and bottled her first natural wine in 2016. She works 8 hectares across the top sites of Spitzerberg and Braunsberg, where vines grow on hard granite and gneiss covered by weathered limestone chips. As the name suggests, this wine ages in concrete eggs.

Tasting Notes: We have not yet tried this vintage of Concrete by Michaela Riedmüller, but we hear it has notes of ripe orchard fruit, white peach, lemon and a clean mineral edge.
