Led by Maria Pato, João Pato aka Duckman is a natural wine producer in Bairrada, Portugal. Maria comes from several generations of winemakers and has brought the winery in a new direction, with the aim to produce handcrafted wines in small editions, with indigenous grapes and sustainable practices. The wines all have playful names and labels, and some of their more popular wines include White Duck, Blablablabla, and Quack Quack.
