Sanglier 2025

Sanglier The Boar 2025 is a natural wine crafted by Grandbois Wines in the Mosel region in Germany. This white wine is made with 100% Baccus grapes, a German grape also often found in the UK as suitable for the climate there. It has some history being a cross of Silvaner and Riesling.

This Baccus spends 14 days on skins, but colour wise it is more white in style, but there is some tension and soft tannic grip on it that makes it unusual with its whiter colour.
