Violette is a natural wine crafted by Patrick Bouju, in the Auvergne region in France. This red wine is made with Gamay grapes, or more specifically Gamay d'Auvergne which are larger and have a little more rustic elements, alongside a bit more spice, all boosed from the volcanic Basalt soil Justine Loiseau and Patrick Bouju of Domaine la Boheme operate their domaine wines with.

WE ADORE THIS WINE! Seriously, what a gem! Previously only released in 2018, and dearly missed since then. This wine will give you EVERYTHING you want from a soulful Gamay full of energy and charm. 

Notes of smoke, black cherry, used leather, spice and hints of cacao and also some vibrant mineralic elements . Complex, yet easy drinking. So much energy from this zero zero wine.
