El Griso

El Griso is a natural wine crafted by Santa Colomba , in the Veneto region in Italy. This orange wine is made with Pinot Grigio grapes (often referred to as a Ramato in Italy when making orange with with Pinot Grigio). The grapes are grown on clay and calcerous soils in the hills of Colli Berici .

We have not yet tried this wine but hear it has fresh acidity with dominant orange zest notes, and light tannins.
