He works 3.5 hectares of family land using a lunar-calendar approach. The blend brings together Müller-Thurgau and Bacchus. 11% alcohol. As with all his wines, no added sulphur and minimal cellar intervention.

Tasting Notes: We have not yet tried this vintage of Freundschaft Weiss by Max sein Wein, but we hear it has notes of green apple, pear, light citrus and a juicy aromatic lift.
