Domaine Marguet is a grower Champagne producer who also buys in Negoce grapes. Based in Ambonnay and Bouzy, the domain is quite large by artisan standards, making just under100,000 bottles a year. Following strict holistic principles, aging is not done in stainless steel but in wood. The domain produces 58% Pinot Noir and 42% Chardonnay.
