Rosatant

Rosatant by Joiseph is a natural wine made in Burgenland with Blaufränkisch grapes.

Production details of Rosatant: Rosatant is a deep rosé of 100% Blaufränkisch from the Joiseph trio in Jois, Burgenland. The grapes grow in the Neuberg vineyard on limestone soils. They are destemmed and stay on the skins for around 12 hours before being pressed directly into barrels for ferment and ageing for about 8 months. 12% alcohol.

Tasting Notes: We have not yet tried this vintage of Rosatant by Joiseph, but we hear it has notes of cranberry, cherry, watermelon, blood orange and a fine saline lift.
