Palašák 2022

Palašák 2022 is a natural wine crafted by Syfany, in the Moravia region in Czech Republic. This easy going, but also interesting orange wine is made with Pálava (a cousin of Gewürztraminer) and Welschriesling grapes.

Palašák sees 14 days must fermentation with a few selected uncrushed grapes, followed by 4 weeks skin-contact and 10 months aging in an acacia-oak barrel.

This is an approachable orange wine that will not scare your parents but will, at the same time, please even the most demanding palates. Would pair well with light salads, roast vegetables and pate style appetizers
