Hallelujah

Hallelujah is a natural wine crafted by L´Acino, in the hot southern Calabria region in Italy. This white wine is made with Pinot Blanc grapes, called Pinot Bianco in Italy and of which are grown on a small 15 year old vineyard, close to the sea. We hear this wine has a subtle floral nose and rounded mouthfeel, with lower acidity than others

Production Details: Hallelujah is a natural wine from L'Acino in Emilia-Romagna. The wine ferments with native yeasts and no added sulfites. The exact blend varies by vintage but typically draws from the producer's available fruit. The winemaking approach emphasises the expression of the vineyard over technical manipulation.

Tasting Notes: We have not yet tried this vintage of Hallelujah by L'Acino, but we hear it has notes of red fruit, earth, spice, a light herbal character, and natural minerality.
