Rossese di Dolceacqua

Rossese di Dolceacqua is a natural wine crafted by Antonio Perrino, making wine under the name Testalonga. He is based in the Liguria region in Italy. This red wine is made with Rossese grapes, which is quite a rare grape - there are just 80 hectares planted in total! A challenging grape to master, here Antonio grows 2 hectares of the 80 total on steep vineyard terraces. He also does not add any sulphites in production.
