Amphora White

Amphora White is a natural wine crafted by Andi Weigand, in the Franken region in Germany. This white wine is made with Bacchus and Müller-Thurgau grapes, destemmed and aged in Qvevri Amphora for 9 months on skins before being bottled unfiltered and unrefined.

At first herbal and textured with chamomile and mellow spice. Given some space, luscious yellow stone fruit begins to surface accompanied by very light tropical notes of lime leaf and papaya. Pallet brings fine present acidity and mild and well integrated tannin despite the long maceration
